Their fresh quality ingredients and bread sure make excellent sandwiches. The Italian sub on a whole wheat roll was very good. I do plan on returning to try other offerings.

What a hidden gem!

I was greeted as soon as I came in by Rhonda and later Albert. Very sweet, welcoming and comforting. You can tell it’s locally owned by the pictures and art on the wall.

I went with the first recombination which was the Turkey bacon on a French roll. Toasted.

I wasn’t expecting anything crazy, since I’ve had this sandwich everywhere else I’ve been, but BOY WAS I WRONG!

The bread is nicely toasted, the avocado and veggies were fresh, the turkey was plentiful and the bacon was crunchy!

I was thinking to eat the full roll, but it barely made it half way through. It was so much food!

This is my first visit here and it’s already my favorite sandwhich spot! Can’t wait to go back!

Tried for the first time. I was always curious but with a good review from a friend I decided to give it a try. Old school deli style with two people before me and they had ordered multiple sandwiches. Not too long of a wait and the woman at the counter was very friendly and thanked me for waiting. I ordered the Italian sub (among the many good sounding choices). The middle size was big for one person but it was amazing! The bread was soft and the meats were packed with flavor. I asked for everything on it (I usually request no peppers but felt like it was necessary for a Italian sub) with Italian dressing too. Everything was perfectly balanced and I couldn't eat it fast enough when I got home. Great place, and worth your business. Got a sandwich card when the Gentleman asked and am happy I did. I will be frequenting this place.

While in the area for work I was lookig fr a change from a week of fast food and found Sandwich Mill Deli on a quick Google search, didnt think much of it when I parked in front but the moment I walked in I knew it would be the best choice f my week for sure! The couple behind the old schol counted were so incrdibly nice and made my #13 Italian sub fresh as I was standing there, the bread soft and smelled so good! I could barely make it to a chair before my diving in and each bite packed with flavor! Their cold cut are fantastic! I wish I knew for sure when I will be back n the area so I could guarantee myself a return visit! Dont be swayed by the looks, the food is amazing and the staff wonderful! Five Stars!!

Straight up, The Sandwich Mill is just where you want to go for a normal sandwich. No fancy-pants cuteness. Normal sandwiches for normal people. Good bread. Good meat. Good cheese. Boom done.

My favorite sandwhich shop

I've been living in the area for 20+ years and I never tried this place before although I've visited shops around here. Good sandwiches and pasta sides. Big portions and balanced in flavors and texture. The majority of the menu is Italian style, with a sprinkle of middle eastern and Mexican style items. I had the Italian sub and lasagna. Both exceeded my expectations. Definitely need a revisit to try out the other items on the menu.

Just ordered from here via DoorDash, for my daughter and I. My daughter had Avo and Cheese, which she said was excellent. I had the ham and turkey cold cut with American cheese. Might be terrible to say it as she passed in 2016, but my Sandwich Mill Deli sandwich was better than momma's! O_o Very fresh bread, soft and perfect. Lots of meat and cheese. Just the right amount of mustard and mayo. Fresh lettuce (shredded). Onions. was PERFECT. FIVE STARS!

I love this place. It is going to be missed as my family has to move out of state. The French roll is awesome, and the meats are fresh and tasty. Best of all, in grumpy, elite Almaden, this place is an oasis of friendly service. Engaging employees who serve efficiently, and with a smile and a greeting. Cant rate high enough!!

My go to place for a great sandwich. Hot or cold, small or 2ft long. Lots of sides and soups. A great grab and go option for the beach or just to feed the family.

Old fashioned sandwich shop. Nothing fancy, just quality ingredients used to create sandwiches to order. A solid lunch option. The grilled peanut butter and jelly was an interesting choice.

This is next to the Sandwich Mill. Panaderia Gudiño Mexican Bakery is this place. It's really good, fresh, and they sell tamales, tortas too. With Elote bread, etc. BOMB. Cash only though. But great!!

This place was quaint. It had a bit of a peculiar feeling to it. It may be because of the old Chuckee Cheese that was next door to it at one point. The sandwich I ordered was delicious. The bread was fresh and soft, and the Pastrami was nice and hot. I saw it cooked before it was placed on my sandwich. I appreciated that! Overall, I thought this place was worth $16 bucks - this did include the "Salt & Pepper."
Chips, but not a drink! Give this place a try. I think you may like it! I tried my best to share as many photos as possible. They also have a selection of desserts. I give it four stars for taste, appearance, and plenty of parking. It would have been a five if the pricing was less expensive and if I could have bought a drink with my sandwich.

Darn good sandwiches. Not real sure about hot plates as I have never ordered one. Nice soft bread and tasty deli meats. You can't go wrong. Plus reasonably priced.

Most consistently good Sandwich Spot around. Bread and ingredients are always fresh. I've always ordered the sandwiches until recently I tried raviolis and the enchiladas. Both were very good. My favorite sandwich is the steak with pepperjack cheese. Bomb! Second fave is the Club on French roll... Dam its good. Gotta finish it up with a piece of homemade cake,
